Just put less fuel in it.

 

What are you getting for fuel mileage now? The easiest way that doesn't cost money is to try progressive shifting (if you are not already). Use the terrain to your advantage, check tire pressures often and slow down.

 

Is your engine an MBN motor?

 

Charge more and don’t worry about mpg

Leaving El Paso today heading to Florida..thinking to take I-20 then drop back down to 10 via I-49. Found cheaper fuel on that route and I don’t have to deal with all the construction, San Antonio and Houston.

Done this load many times and looking for a change of scenery…still debating.

 

Go no faster than 65. Make sure you have even weight distribution on your trailer. Keep your truck and motor as clean as possible. Use your cruise control as often as possible. Stay on top of your maintenance.
