    2003 Columbia day cab
Turned key to wait for computer to wake up, and gauges to reset, but everything on instrument panel is dead.
    Truck started normal
Wait for air to build, but gauges never woke up (except for mechanical air gauges)
Quick check in fuse panel, all checked ok
Will have more time in the morning, what would be good route to find problem?
    Thanks

Off the top of my head.
Is there a fuse block under the hood on the drivers side??
Fused line off the battery going to the ecm?

@Lazer last 6 of your vin?

You might have ICU4 I'm wondering with sat gauges. Those daisy chain wires have been known to cause issues with dead gauges.
