That's exactly what I found with two of our 2007 T600's. A temporary fix is use duct tape or electrical tape all around the seam of the black plastic mirror bezel and mirror body.

I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to our new 2013 T660 coming in Jan. Our two 07's have a lot of plastic inside that makes a lot of noise. My 99 is still nice and tight and as quiet as as Cadillac.

It is not the visor like someone has mentioned, It is the windshield seal. It is a really easy fix. The head wind goes across the hood and there is small holes at the bottom of the seal at the wiper arms. Air is going up the small hole and it blows out the top and at times the sides of the windshield. Purchase a tube of silicone and lift the seal up starting at the wiper blades fill the void with silicone going up to the sides and you can fill it just around the top radius of the seal. I have done this repair including the W900, T660, T800. The vendor who made this seal is redesigning it to stop this from happening.

Had the same problem, it was the windshield not sealed correctly from the factory. Peel back the outside weather stripping where the seal meets the body, look for a spot that has no glue , cover it with some tape to be sure you found the leak , then use some glass caulk to fix it. my truck drove me crazy, would have sworn it was the drivers door, turned out to be.on the passenger side corner of the windshield.

My t660 makes the same noise. Was driving me nuts. There is a flat piece of black metal under the sun visor lights. When the air stream hits it right it vibrates like the reed in a wind instrument. I have temporarily slid a few nylon tie straps under it till I can fix it better. For now I can deal with the little bit it still vibrates. Thinking of running a bit of silicone on the bottom edge so the air can't get under it.

Ok let me fix this for all you poor ######## listening to this aggravating noise. There is a rubber seal where the hood meets the cab just infront of the windshield it goes all the away across the tub just below the wipers. Rip it of and throw it away. Noise gone. Your welcome no applause just $ please.
