    Wildkat strikes is what happened.

If you spent a lot of time and effort negotiating with people who claimed to represent your workers, then signed a contract with those representatives, then had your employees strike, how long would you continue working with the "representatives"?

Don said "forget this ", opened Schneider National and started transferring assets. Most drivers moved over to the new company without complaint, but there was some pushback so Schneider Transport is still around. At my last count their were 13 Transport drivers. The only benifit they have I don't is the pension, but I make more per mile so it's a wash overall.

looked more like an accurate general statement to me. not one of personal opinion toward any one company or entity.

We worked the Shell gasoline account and our team was told we were the best in the nation. 6 loads per shift, no mishaps and we never allowed a station to run out. Pats on the back for everyone. Less than a month later the contract was given to another company because they charged less. It turned out they could only manage 5 loads a shift and they ran out a few stations. But they did charge less.
