Hi, I have my permit and some backing experience but need a little more. I have my walk around down pat and my air brake test down also. I use to drive 7 years experience but let it go because I dispatched and didn't think I would need to drive again...but here I am and I need a truck to practice backing with and to take my test with.
    Can anyone help me?

Location ? Actually, it will be hard to find someone to lend you their truck. Some DMV's have 3rd party co's that rent a truck trailer for an hr. for a small "fee".

You drove for 7 years and forgot how to back? I thought that was like riding a bike. I hadn't backed since CDL school 2.5 years before I got hired and during the orientation backing test I was the only one that hit it between the cones first time without any pull-forwards.

Truck owners won’t even let close friends borrow their truck. Let alone let a stranger scratch gears for a cdl test. No amount of money would change a mans mind. It’s their livelihood. Just being honest man
