Getting a job at TMC

Just be honest. They're really looking for someone who's willing to follow the rules. If your the type that has issues with authority or having someone who's never done your job tell you how to do your job, than you should probably look elsewhere. There are lots of little rules, but they figure if they can't trust you to not walk on the grass when your told not to, how can they trust you to not cut corners in one of their trucks. Its a good company. They hold the drivers to a higher standard than most other trucking companies.

 

My comments mirror the above post, they know who is riff-raff, and who is serious. They've seen it a Thousand Times.

 

Respect them, respect their grass, have a decent work history and you will get hired.
