I have road test coming up next week on Tuesday, I have been driving an automatic for the past 8 months and excited to get back on the 10 speed trucks but afraid i might forget how to operate a 10 speed again. anyone have any input as to how it feels going back to a 10 speed? is it like riding a bike?

Yes, it's like riding a bicycle. Maybe 10 or 15 minutes max to be comfortable again.

By the time you get to third you won't even realize you're shifting......

Don't worry about it. It comes back pretty much instantly. You'll prolly get lost in the gears a couple times, but nothing major. You got this. No problem

A ten speed? Your will have it down after the first red light. now if it was a 5x5....well you wouldn't be the first one that had to pull on the shoulder and start from 1st again.
