Getting Broker license, To avoid friend from selling his Tractors.

You fact is wrong. It doesn't cost 75K. $300 with the application, after approved you either need a 75K bond or trust. You will be very limited on who will bond you with zero experience.

 

I got the start up for the broker authority and everything thank you for that I mean it. But starting off with a driver is not a good idea pretty much what I’m learning today.

 

Yea the license the authority the dot there’s a lot I need when becoming a broker. Pretty much once you get the broker license started that’s when the hard part starts. Right?

 

That’s exactly what I’m thinking but talking to truck drivers they make it seem more harder and they panic about it when you tell them there wrong about things.

 

You can't have a "driver" under broker authority unless they have motor carrier authority.
At least learn the right terms.

Broker. Has broker authority
Broker agent. Works under the brokers authority
Carrier. Has motor carrier authority
Owner operator. Works under a carriers authority
