Except he doesn't NEED you. He's already got work for his trucks. He just needs a new address. So only person you are helping is yourself.

Depending on the state, more than a new address is needed.

In Nevada, it requires a Nevada CDL/DL, Physical Address, utility bills. Corporation, business license.

Still a lot cheaper than paying for a broker. That has no experience. Which will cost him more in lost revenue.

Also if NV is like FL. You have to be bonded. Do they have 100k lying around?

Is this an AB5 issue, or a DPF issue? Sounds like a DPF issue. If so, and he's making the killing you say he is, then retrofit DPF's onto them. If he can't stay profitable with a DPF, but everyone else is, then he's not making good money to begin with.

Again, I’m trying to combine a broker bond and a trucking company. He doesn’t want to keep on driving so why not take his trucks and we both on invest in his trucking business? He’s an owner operator so he doesn’t have benefits. If we both create a broker and trucking business how is it only helping myself?

Imagine having a broker on your side paying and investing in your truck to keep his business and your business going.
Right now he has a broker giving him business that’s it. I want to give business while growing a business.

How is it helping HIM is what he's asking. Guy already has brokers. You want to be a broker. So unless you're willing to work for free, and put that money back into the business, then what are you bringing to the table?

Using your credit and money the right way it will flow right into your hands. I don’t have 100k laying around but I know I can make half of that in a year

I’m not going to work for free I’m going to be growing and working on my background as a broker. Most owner operators work for broker agents. So most of that pay will go to the drivers, the agents, dispatchers, and then at the end the broker.
Imagine take the agents and dispatchers and turning them into your employees? Pretty much the more brokers the more work. Why take out the ones who are bringing in the money already?

to be in Nevada it’s going to cost you a lot per month, unless you physically move here.

Just saying, it ain’t gonna be easy.
