Apply to several and if CR England is the only one that will accept you, do it. I wouldn't want to work there either, but if it was the only opportunity I had, I would take it.
12 mos. working there is nothing when you have a whole, long career ahead of you. CR England is just a stepping stone to get to where you really want to be.
Which state do you live in; maybe we can give you some more places to apply with.

 

I don't normally agree with anything Chinatown says but in this case I do.Apply to many companies and if crengland only accepts you then go for it.You have to start somewhere to get the exp.But I think you'll have more companies to chose from if you keep looking.
