    As much as I hate to see a parent separated from there kids. They need to charge them with minimum of wreckless conduct. Thats if this child doesn't die. If she does, I say charge them with involuntary manslaughter. If they were stupid enough to have a gun laying around for a 3yr old to get ahold of. They don't deserve to be parents.:biggrin_25512:
