From New Jersey, Newark. I assume go across GWB, and go south, but you can't use Henry Hudson parkway. What is the best way?

Get off the 178th st exit and run b-way or one of the ave's, or run the cross bronx over to the 3rd ave bridge and run 2nd down

From Newark, get on the NJTP going south. Cross the Delaware Memorial bridge, keep going until you get to Georgia. Never go back farther north than Virginia.
