Thank you for that. I've actually been eating that kind of stuff alongside some lean meats and fish, amongst a predominantly whole foods diet . I haven't experienced any testosterone dip after 2 years, but I have improved my health dramatically. I'll keep my eye on how my testosterone levels seem to be working now that you said that, looking for things such as no muscle growth, limp noodle, etc. FWIW, the bulk of my protein intake is from plants, nuts, and seeds, with the lean meats/fish about 5-6 ounces a day. I hope like hell that the soy milk, Tofu, edamame, and tempeh I eat doesn't suck away my testosterone! Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to read up on this as I've not heard previously

No fridge needed. Inexpensive too. Add some coconut oil and nutritional yeast flakes and you’re set.

Haha. That’s the most random thing I’ve heard in a while.

Not enough time for cooking and cleaning.

I try to cook as much as I can but those days when taking minimal 10 hour breaks or being forced to do 8/2 splits leaves me little energy for preparation and cleaning.
