Get a crock pot or other heating device you can strap down, fill full of rice ,lintels, beans, sorgum, millet, what have you. It's a beautiful thing. I'm not a vegan by any stretch but I've had a few friends who were.

Couple easy steps to lose weight.
Drink a lot of water.
Cut down on the carbohydrates/bread.
Don't drink or eat sugars or fructose corn syrup.

Black coffee or tea.
Someone posted about losing weight. There is slimming tea and it works but you might as well bring a few volumes of National Geographic into the porcelain alter if you consume that stuff. It is generally used to purge folks ahead of medical procedure.
