The statement you made was you are unable to run under your own authority any longer.
So I asked why is that?
Seems like a fair question from a possible (at that time) business relationship. Which you have yet to answer. Having no explanation as to why you can't make it leads one to believe the worst. If you had cash flow issues just say it. Insurance cancelled too many tickets just say it. Fmcsa/mto cancelled authority for whatever reason just say it. But you can't. So what else will you hide from whoever takes you under their wing? Which is why I say try trans x or similar.
