When we need extra trailers we go to one place in Indy. They charge us $350 a month for any trailer that they have. Could be a well used flatbed or a brand new one, same price.
Good or bad idea to rent my trailer out? How much do I charge?

I am considering renting my extra trailer as well. But I am concern about damages and having to repo if non payment. There is a huge demand for flatbed trailer rentals because unless your company can rent or lease one to you, you will have to buy one since most rental companies will not rent to un established businesses. Just being in business for 2 years will not count. Your business must have establish credits for at least 2 years.
A few months ago when i wanted to rent a trailer, most of the ads on craigslist having trailers to rent to o/o were all rented out and there were a long wait list.DSK333 Thanks this. -
What if you sign a lease agreement with a rental company and have them rent it for you? The market base would be bigger and if they lease it from you then some of the responsibility is on them. Just a thought, not sure if it is possible.

I know what a ravens can do, if I can use one I would just go buy it ready to get a coil or two on there. I don't need to rent one.
