You think a GPS got one of the usual suspects into this jackpot. Driver charged with making improper turn??? Sure had some momentum! Big surprise, company based out of Surrey BC

And we wonder why the locals want us off the 102 .. I bet there's at least 2 dozen closures a year due to driver ineptitude the last 5 years or so PS I believe it's only 33 km long too

The 102 is about 2 miles shorter than taking Harbour Expressway so GPS always send drivers that route and yes idiots cause numerous accidents or they spin out on the hills..... but 2 miles shorter. I never use it,,too much like work

It avoids a scale too if i remember correctly... the one on 102 is never open, and if it is I think it's only for one direction?
