The worst Co. I ever worked at. I believe she is just getting started, and does not have a clue of how to run a trucking company. I think I am going to have to sue for pay. Because she hasnt gotten paid from the "factoring company", she feel she cant pay me. What am I supposed to do? Its been 3 weeks. She says she will pay, but dosent know when. Half the time I call, she wont even answer the phone. I dont believe any driver should be done that way. Do not apply here, this Co. is not to be trusted! This company is located in Arlington Texas

DO NOT have anything to do with HEATHER GRADY. She is an IDENTIY THEIF. She is wanted in many states. She had filled bankrupsy but never made a payment to the court and it was dismissed. You will know her from the monkey she carries/carried around with her and her teenage daughter.
She had stolen checks, forged names, opened false accounts and then never pays them and sticks it to the person who ever is her victim at the time. SHE WILL NOT PAY YOU!!!!!
She operates under many trucking names. Grady Transportation and Logistics is one of them. Just remember the name of her and her monkey.
