We&#039;re talking a bout 38000lbs of frieght.&nbsp; They have every right to hold your pay.&nbsp; There are times when I hate brokers, but there are others when a carrier is sitting here complaining when they have no legitimate complain what so ever.&nbsp; That&#039;s just my opinion on the matter. </p><p><br /></p><p>And yes I do have experience with GIX.&nbsp; I have nothing bad to say about them, are they the best brokerage firm under the sun no I&#039;m not.&nbsp; Are they two faced? No more than any other broker I&#039;ve ever dealt with.&nbsp; Have I worked with better yes have I worked with worse? Yea TQL takes the cake there.&nbsp; Bottom line is you had a bad experience with them, keep in mind this wasn&#039;t their #### up though it&#039;s partially your fault you&#039;re taking no blame here what so ever.&nbsp; IF what GIX is saying is true (they&#039;re pretty big why do they have a reason to lie do you really think NOBODY will ever haul a load for them again based on your statement fat chance bud) then they had every right to hold your pay.&nbsp; Heck 3100lbs that&#039;s what maybe 3 skids 4 if you&#039;re lucky?&nbsp; That&#039;s all of about what .25/mile?&nbsp; unless it&#039;s a coast to coast trip you&#039;ve got no reason to complain if they paid you anything for moving those 4 skids when it probably cost them more than what they paid you to get anohter truck no to mention the damaged reputation they have with that customer for sending an in competent truck.&nbsp; Think about it.&nbsp; I&#039;m sensing there&#039;s more to this than what I&#039;ve heard.&nbsp; I&#039;d love to hear your side fully and the truth.[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
