I didn't realize that Tehachapi had that much problem!

 

58 is still closed.

Thanks Joseph. One of my kids is in Kern County and I've got a call in to her. She texted me though, so I know she is OK and was not involved in this. (She is back and forth between Ridgecrest and Bakersfield all the time.)
