    What year model Cascadia?

    What horsepower rating?

    How many miles?

    Oil consumption?

Why did you let it run low on DEF and go into a derate?

Did you fill the DEF Tank?

505hp 1.1 millions kilomètres, oil consumption was around 7 miles/gal
Def tank gauge was showing half a tank but when i filled it up, it was almost empty.

Def has nothing to do with cylinders. It doesn’t get there.

Seriously? Oil consumption at 7 miles/gal??
Hopefully you are connected to a 1k gal tanker ofoil with direct feed!
Try this...fuel consumption at 7 mpg. Oil consumption should be like 1 gallon for at least 15-30k miles. Even the old Detroit engines with external blow by did at least 15k miles per gallon.

That’s about 630k miles. I would hope you don’t need a inframe. What are your service intervals? Did you buy the truck new?

    Be very specific...

How did they determine how 4 out of 6 were not giving power?

Are there leaks into the oil with coolant?

    AModelCat Thanks this.

If the engine was not running properly, the excess oil or coolant, or incomplete combustion could contaminate the SCR or DPF causing NOx efficiency errors and derate.
