Hammerlane: is a company that tells you one thing and does an other to get you to hooked. But be very carefull they belong to the OOIDA and they use there contract. But they have you sign it and fill it in later while you are doing other things. Watch carefully on part 23 of the contract and appendix D. The OOIDA favored them on this part and we got sent to the cleaners.

"Thunder Express". "Hurricane Express". "Hammerlane Transport".
What should one expect from companies that have these names?
Such companies inevitably live up to their monikers, meaning they live down to their reputations, no matter how much they pretend to like you on day 1. -
Let's get the story straight, you had the contract for two weeks prior to signing on. There was nothing filled in later, you get a copy of the signed contract, there is no way to fill in later!!! As part 23 of the contract is about insurance, they expected us to cover ALL their insurances, which we take care of the liabilty and cargo part, their responsible for their own bobtail and physical damage part. -
you will probly never find a contract that will pay you're non trucking [bobtail] and phyical damage for you that is you're personal insurance for you're truck
-
We are not stupid
we know they don't pay for insurance on our truck.
