I legit want to buy 30-40 acres in BFE NE/WY/CO/KS, get a well and septic and power run for it and build a 40'x30'×100' barn with a live in loft in the rafters and a deck facing west. Able to hold my truck and my dad's if needed and all the space my single self needs.
Has anyone ever found out the cost of a metal garage for truck and trailer?

Concrete prices vary greatly with location. In town, concrete is between $110 and $125 per yard. On the farm I pay $165, and that's for several 50 yard pours a year.
Ditto with contractor rates. Some of the more rural areas don't have much competition, and the contractors price accordingly.
We do our own concrete work for that reason, and we figure about $240 installed on the farm. Again, that's buying concrete, rebar and all supplies in bulk. My son in law works for an engineering company and he budgets $600 per yard installed for grain elevator bases.
I'm not sure I'd be really comfortable with a 4" pad for a semi. The steers would worry me. I'd pour 4" everywhere, but go to 6" where the truck will drive. Fiber plus rebar, too, and properly compacted and graveled base. You'll never find the difference in cost; cheap insurance. -
