Has anyone reported an ex/employer 4 DOT/HOS/Emissions violation?

Better get that truck back to them or talk to them about passing onto someone else because it can be considered stolen and you fleeing, well you will have an open warrant waiting for you and no proof that you even attempted to return it.

You’ll end up being the one in trouble because you willfully and knowingly drove illegal. I get it, the work environment that you were in called for it and it’s kind of one of those situations were “if you want to get paid and you want to work for us so you go along with it” happens a lot out there. Or if you want the good loads, If you don’t do it, another driver will situation. I see it ALL THE TIME. It’s not right, but it’s just reality of how it is. You effectively be a snitching on yourself and yes, possibly you could get them in trouble.. as for the $3500, that’s a bit more “personal” They are effectively literally stealing money from you. And if someone steals from me? I’ll deal with it on a more personal level.
