    Runaway, that has happened to me also, I didn't get hurt, but I certainly see how it could, mine was on ice,if you don't like what you hear from your first, second or third attorney, keep looking till you hear what you deserve to

    Update-My lawyer has appealed the District Hearing Officers Order so now we go before a Staff Hearing Office.I still haven't found a job,no one wants to hire me while this is going on.I guess I'm going to have to accept the fact that my driving days may be over.At least I lived my dream for a few years.

    Thank you.Once again Ohio Workers Comp says it's not up to them and they are still asking me about if I filed in Indiana.I don't know why my lawyer doesn't find out who filed it in Indiana,because I sure didn't.My lawyer said we are going to wind up having to go to court so now more waiting.
