Go into a truck stop and get a blank BOL. Fill out the BOL like you normally would, shipping and receiving locations and sign it.

I've bought motorcycles while OTR. I'd sit them in a monthly pay storage facility until I could get back in and move the bikes. Open deck trailer. I'd hire a rollback to come and help get the bikes on deck, secure the bikes and I would make a BOL for them.

Most guys that carry a bicycle have them secured to the back of the sleeper. That's like the guys that carry their BBQ grills on their catwalk. I would carry 2-3 motorcycles on an open trailer, so I'd make a BOL for them.

I’ve hauled a few vehicles home in my dry van. I made a b.o.l. just in case. Last time I didn’t bother. Either way I have titles/ receipts. But a motorcycle for personal use, I wouldn’t bother with any of that. Its yours it’s Legal
