You’ll have to figure out the empty weight of your truck. Preferably do this full of fuel. I wouldn’t know where to begin to guess what that would be so let’s just say 22,000 lbs for easy figuring. 30,000 lbs of freight would bring you to 52,000 gvw; and thus, your limit.

52,000 pounds minus whatever your truck actually weights with full fuel, driver and any other equipment you may have in it. Best guess is the truck weights about 22,000 pounds so I guess, and it is only a guess, you could haul about 30,000 pounds. That assumes you are properly registered for the 52,000 gross weight and my guess on your empty weight is even remotely accurate.

When you have 1/2 tank of fuel go get a scale ticket, subtract that number from 52000. The answer to your question is less than whatever number that is.

You probably won't be able to legally haul 52k gross. You have to stick with the weight laws for your max GVW. Generally speaking 12k on steer axle and 34k on tandems. Again you have to consult the weight laws where you operate.
