I am 41 yo, wife and two kids but I am used to working away from home. I got my CDL to hotshot but that didn't work out. My last 7 years was spent in the oilfield. I am honest, hardworking, and reliable. Let's talk.
Have a CDL class A, just need airbrake endorsement, anyone needing a team driver?

I'm not sure what state you live in but the airbrake portion of the test is required to have a class A...the only endorsements are ... Tanker, haz-mat, doubles/triples, and passenger
If you have a class B...I believe you need to take airbrakes, and combination vehicles to upgrade to a class A
and I could be mistaken since its been 16 years since I took the testSkunk_Truck_2590 Thanks this. -
beleive you"ll have to do the pretrip air brake test along with the written portion. call your local dmv to see what yoy have to do

i think basically he took his cdl a in a pickup with a gooseneak trailer, as a trailer with over 10k weight rating requires cdl a. however i am unsure if air brake is just a written or if it has to be part of the driving test. may call your local motor vehicle department and see if you might only need to take a written test. if that is the case the written portion of the air break test is easy.

Yea just need written portion and pre-trip.

What state are you in?
-
Louisiana, you?

How in the hell did you get a class A CDL without passing or even taking the air brake test? Class B maybe but not Class A. Not sure about other states but I know for a fact Louisiana and Missouri don't legally work that way.
