    Really?

This has been the case for the last 35 years, since lawyers could advertise.

Why do you guys think my posts are a broken record? It is all about limiting risks and liabilities.

I just joined, so I can only speak for myself. But I knew there were risks involved with this industry, but didn't know THAT much.

They’ll throw you in jail if you work at Wendy’s and get caught mastubating in the chili.
Then when you get out of jail you can become a truck driver.
    And
If you’re a truck driver and do something bad and get thrown in jail then when you get out you can get a job at Wendy’s.

I'm pretty sure the article was written by an idiot...

Truck drivers can be charged with a large variety of offenses from human trafficking, to possession with intent to sell controlled substances, some have even been charged with manslaughter. In lawsuits, trucks drivers will spend thousands and thousands of dollars to prove their innocence – they have to spend a fortune to defend their livelihood and driving reputation.
