Applying for CDL academy at Maverick. 54 years old, male. Was diagnosed with sleep apnea about three years ago but haven't used machine. I see they want a 90 day record from the cpap machine which I don't have. Have the machine just never used it and didn't realize it records results. I figure they check your medical history. Am I screwed?
Have sleep apnea diagnosis from 3 years ago but no cpap record

Yup!
I hope you paid out of pocket for the Cpap machine. Otherwise when your annual DOT physical comes around and they report the lack of use to your insurance provider you are going to get a Hefty bill from your provider.
Good luck -
I was, when my CPAP machine developed a glitch and didn’t record anything. They made me use the replacement machine for a week so I had 7 days of data, before they’d give me a 30 day card. Then I had to turn in 30 days of data before they’d give me a one year card. I had to burn a weeks worth of vacation.

Does Maverick know about this. If not, don't say anything and act surprised if the Maverick doctor tells you, you have sleep apnea.

My cpap machine has wifi and the results go to a site. www.myairweb.com I can always access my results, just print out a copy and take with to physical.
Chinatown Thanks this.
