    Are all HAZMAT loads required to enter the scales no matter what the prepass does? In Ohio it's posted that all HAZMAT loads must enter scales. What about other states?

    Arizona and Arkansas are they only two states that require all hazmats to pull in, regardless of the PrePass. Why would you want to subject yourself to more scrutiny than required?

    No, I've bypassed many a Cali scale hauling 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and Dinitrogen Tetroxide. Go to the PrePass site, they are all listed there.

    As the OP stasted Ohio has signs posted stating all Hazmat placard loads must enter scales.
