I am looking for a co Driver with a hazmat end. Long haul hazmat. 6,000 miles/wk. Teams split.80 cpm. Out 3 weeks, home for 1. That's 42 weeks/ yr, $100,000/ yr. No hanging out at the truck stop. You're working too cheap, IMO. For comparison, when I worked construction, on site for 6 weeks, home for 1, I was pulling in close to $3000/week. No hazmat risks, and I didn't have to try to sleep in a moving truck. With the current driver shortage, shouldn't we be pushing to get paid what we're actually worth while we have the opportunity?
