Heading For Little Rock! Maverick

Loaded out of Gary going down in Springdale Arkansas. Then loaded Rogers Arkansas going to Rome Georgia. It was sweet at Rome Georgia 2 other Mavericks were there everybody helped each other. Wife said the last time she seen that many Mavericks working together it was in the training shed. LOL
went to Cartersville Georgia and loaded for Joplin Missouri didn't even have to buy a pizza Cartersville in and out in about three hours great time for that place.
Had a 3 PM delivery Friday in Joplin. Got there at about 245 and was empty by 330.

Then I get sent a deadhead move to Fort Smith. Told the wife that'll be sweet will go down to Fort Smith take a shower get some ice and tomorrow morning go over to the casino in Oklahoma and get a reset.
But it didn't work out that way had may pick up at 10 o'clock that night at Max steel going to Wisconsin for Monday.
So we spent the weekend driving up to Wisconsin will be running recap next week.

Delivered Monday then went to the charter steel and picked up for rising Sun Ohio. Delivered rising Sun on Tuesday that when the Butler and picked up for York PA. Delivered in York PA Wednesday.

Wednesday started US steel dedicated will be doing that for the next 60+ days. My new adventure begins.
Deadheaded from York to Pittsburgher at US to pick up Grand Rapids Michigan. Things went fine until I got jammed up in Pittsburgher rush-hour traffic.
Nothing finer than getting 50 logging points, on the first of the month. It was my own fault I should have just parked but I thought Hal I can make it to the toll road. LOL

Since I was running recap I did not have enough time to delivered Thursday so they rescheduled for Friday morning. Delivered Friday and was hoping to get sent to Gary to reload. No such luck had to run back to Detroit and pick up going to Chicago. But it all worked out I made it home with 20 min. to spare.

On a good note this will be the first time in all my years of being with maverick that I'll be home for Super Bowl sweet.

Heading out in the morning to start week 2 with my trainer. We went home empty but we got a preplan. Headed from Ohio to Indiana with a load of slinkies.

 

been hung out for two in a row, supposed to get me home early for this weekend... we'll see I guess. the last four weeks have been one thing after another, our CSR must be huffing the white out again.

 

last week was alright with a little less than 2700, the two weeks before that sucked (less than 2K), but it was not because of maverick.... lousy shippers AND receivers.

 

Whats the story on the pay increase guys? For some reason I'm not getting fleet messages...my FM has been forwarding them to me manually but he was out sick and I didn't get this one.
