Heading For Little Rock! Maverick

I started off the week with a delivery to Sauder Woodworking on Monday Morning. I left the house and got up there around 10:00 for an 11 am appointment. There were a lot of trucks there and it was moving slow because of the rain. After 4 hours I finally got in and unloaded. Last week the the left bracket for the turn signal broke off on the tractor, so I headed over to the nearest TA to get it fixed. They were able to weld it on pretty quick and I then got a load to pick up at Heitman Steel in Butler. Was able to get in there pretty quickly and then spent the night at SDI. This load is going to Bowling Green.
Made my delivery to Bowling green and then got a load to pick up 4 skidded coils at SDI in Jeffersonville In going to Midwest Mfg in Pioneer Oh. I followed the directions into Menards, but because of the road construction, I got to take a ride around the countryside. Saw two huge bucks chasing Does so it was a worthwhile trip...lol.
From there I got a load to pick up in Bluffton Indiana going to Service Center Metals in Prince George Va. Made it to the rest area near Jackson Ohio before I had to shut down.
After my delivery, I got a work order to pick up at Georgia Pacific the next day in Emporia Va. I ran over and shut down at the Pilot in Richmond. FYI...there is now a Pilot in Emporia VA. It used to be an independent. It is just down the street from where I was going, but did not know it.
I got up at 0200 and made my way down there 50 miles. There was a Maverick leaving as I got there, who also was getting a jump on the trip home.
Got loaded and got to the A & A truck stop in Jackson Ohio by 1530 where I shut down for the day.
Got up around 0500 and Made it home by 0800.
I will be heading up to Solon Ohio around 0930 this morning as I have a 12:15 unload appointment. This is going to the Home Depot distribution center.
I requested off Thursday through Sunday as I have learned you end up sitting anyway, so I just always take this time off every year.

Got sent to mt jewett pa for a load heading to elkhart in. Spending night at shipper . The trip through the Forrest at night was interesting to say the least.

 

waiting to get unloaded in Elkhart Indiana . heavy fog all morning long still in it .
have a soft pre plan to pick up in Crawfordsville going somewhere down in southern Ohio .
so I should be able to get home sometime tomorrow morning .

 

Picked up my coil and.now sitting at the pilot on .70 at the 123. Could have made it home but with the traffic...did.not.want.to deal with it....tomorrow at 0400.will.be better.
