First off two of us no longer work there. We still post with giving them good reviews. That speaks volume right there. No referrals involved. We don't work there. I went to that orientation. I drove for them for over 2 years. I made good money and seen good hometime. I can not think of a better company for a newbie. Yes they are very selective of who they hire. Programming? Oh yeah I remember that. We don't want you to lose a coil going down the road. So you will secure it to our standards so you don't kill a car load of little kids.....

Are you guys still pretty much getting home every weekend? Hubby did at first but he's been getting hung out lately (2x a month). Also I had a question about benefits. Do the weekly premiums count towards the $5000.00 deductable? As Mavericks insurance is pretty high, do you all get theirs or buy private insurance (medical)? Thanks and Happy Holidays!

I have still been getting home every weekend..except for two.
I do not believe that the premiums count towards the deductible.
I do use the company insurance.
Hope you had a nice Christmas!

    God Bless!

I spent 4.5 hr this morning reading this entire thread.
It has been invaluable. Thanks a million! I'm hoping to
start orientation no later than 1/9/11 sooner if an opening
becomes available. My recruiter is Courtney. I'll be checking
with her tomorrow. Jim I wish you where the trainer as I think
    we would get along great.

    JimTheHut Thanks this.

I wish you the best! It is certainly a journey unlike anything that I have ever done before. It is a very rewarding profession when you take the time to really think about what we are doing out here!:yes2557:
