It's an informercial, so for informational purposes only. I've heard of and experiment with some of the ingredients he talks about ( like cacao, nattokinase, L- Cittruline) as they can be purchased at Walmart or at health food store for much cheaper.

The older you get the more important how you eat becomes. You can exercise until you’re blue in the face, but if you’re eating calzones and Chinese takeout and a large pizza and drinking a six pack every night, the end result is still going to be the same. And it’s not good. I don’t like to come across as preachy about food. I’ve eaten my fair share of nasty crap throughout my life and went through many cycles of very healthy eating and not eating healthy. But one advantage that; I am well aware of the difference. To simplify it just eat nothing but super foods for 90 days. I know that phrase sounds cheesy, but basically what it means is the most nutrient packed foods of a natural origin and organic origin. 90 days and it’ll change your life. Literally! If you’re overweight, eat those foods, but at a calorie deficit, aiming to lose about 2 pounds per week and a 90 days all systems in your body will begin to normalize and stabilize. You can get rid of things like prediabetes, high blood pressure, all sorts of bad things. If you have sleep apnea, you’ll see that improve and if you stay the course eventually, it will go away. It’s amazing if you give your body what it needs, it will do what it supposed to.
