Your post is a little confusing

    you mention endorsements
do you already have your CDL ?
Or just the learners permit ?

Did you get both tickets on the same trip?

    different towns?

Did you go to court for both tickets ?

Did you hire an attorney for either or both tickets ?

You may be able to hire an attorney and get the ticket reduced even after you go to court.

To everyone who reads this :

when you get a ticket —

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS hire a lawyer that’s local to the town where you got the ticket and have them fight it.

Never ever plead guilty and pay it without trying to negotiate it down to no points or a suspended sentence.

the police department in whatever town or county just wants the money. They don’t really care if the points show up on your DL or not. But once the ticket is written ,
They ARE getting some of your money.

and the lawyer will be getting some of your money too.

some states allow you to take the class and get the points removed

my state alllows you to plead no contest once every five years to a traffic ticket
You still pay the fine and the traffic concoction still is visible on your record but you don’t get the points.
    So that’s not much help,

You need a lawyer , or need to start looking for another career that doesn’t involve keeping your driving record spotless .

Haven't heard of the company, but worth looking into, even for owner-operators.
Website doesn't show how much experience is required for company drivers.
    Owner Operator Opportunities
We offer Owner Operator Opportunities in both our Dry and Refrigerated Divisions, Power Only.
    Please call for details.
We also offer In House Company Financed Owner Operator Programs, call for more details.

From exp., most of these companies that haul plants, are driver assist or driver tailgate loads, we used to do them around Mothers Day for a local nursery, no thanks. Rose bushes, even the smallest, will tear the hell out of clothing and arms

If you do not have your cdl yet, and school is available to you and it will keep it off your record then it's the way to go. But if you already have your permit or cdl then you need to consult with an attorney about at least getting it reduced.
As to which company to go to for your first year, dos not much matter, put there names into a hat and pick one.
I had my son go to CRST after I get him his license for the experience, he had a decent trainer, and they kept him busy, a couple of his co-drivers were interesting, by he did ended up with a good co-driver and he spent a couple years there before moving on to chemical tankers. And a bit more money.

A New Yorker going 22 over the speed limit? Maybe in a school zone but not on the interstate ever. Did you lose track of your speed trying to find the next Netflix episode to watch while driving?

When I started school, I had a ticket that had been about a year old for 17 over. I got it at the 108 on I-40 going Westbound in Tennessee in a 4 wheeler. Your choices are going to be greatly diminished, as mine were, but it wasn't the end of the world. I'd try Covenant Transport and Western Express. Those 2 companies were willing to give me an opportunity. Willis Shaw Express was too, but I think they've been bought if I'm not mistaken. I ended up working for Western. It isn't a perfect company, but you can make it work. If Prime has let you go, call either of those companies. If you can't get a hit, wait 3 years. You're still young. You'll still be young afterwards. In the meantime, slow you ### down!
