I had a accident and was let go but not given a ticket for the accident. The police told me that it was unavoidable ,but the companies insurance company told company to let me go. a bunch of cars weighted to last second to get over out of the right lane because the lane was coming to a end then every body slammed on brakes right in front of me and I had no were to go ,I could not stop and hit a pick up truck pulling a camper shell.i am looking for any company that will hire me, any one here no of companies that will hire a driver with 1 preventable ?my dmv record is good.

I don't think you have to much to worry about driver,,,,most will take you. Just look on the internet, they mostly all say "1 accident in last 3 years".

The same thing almost happens to me in ny on 495 a few days ago but i realize that if you are paying attention and leave enough space you should be fine, you know they are waiting for the last moment to get over then get ready for it i have found myself not patient enough sometimes when they do that but we have to babysit them since yall know it's always the truck driver's fault. Sorry about that but that ain't nothing you have 70% chance to get hired if that's all you have good luck

I think I know who you work for and they are more serious about violations and accidents than your average company.

Most jobs I see is two accidents in 3 years. With your experience and record you shouldn't have a problem finding another job. Sure there might be rejection but not as near as bad than a newbie having a wreck. Just do your homework and get the applications out there.
