What policy did you violate and what will your employer say happened? I know you'll tell me your side of the story. The employer will also tell their side of the story, what will they say? It's one thing to idle too much and another to bring alcohol into the truck. So it matters what policy was broken.

I have 11 months experience. Violation was handheld device . Its on my inspection and it says i was supporting it with my right hand. The ticket was thrown out but i got fired but im able to reapply in a year.
