got a 2000 fl 8o 3126 cat.towed in after heavy rain.engine bogged and died,ecm detected but will not communicate with SIS,cel flashes when key on instead of coming on steady then going off.;tried known good ecm.no change.how many power wires and what location on ecm pins are needed,or any other ideas.thanks.

check the wires coming from the ecm for s good connection by giving them a slight push or tug...
