Those have to be from a pool of your coworkers and number two, it sure wasn't based on reasonable suspicion. That only applies if your on duty and performing, or about to perform some type of safety function. You know, driving, operating equipment, or something like that. He didn't even tick, charge me, tick, tick, because his first office visit was tick, free of charge, tick, tick, tick.
