    I don’t know. Drivers are not the one to blame. I was a driver myself. Maybe star driving again. Lol

    I’ve said over and over, don’t pay on percentage. Now you won’t have enough currently, nor saved, and they’ll end up quitting anyway once the gettin good is gone.

    Long haul dry van shouldn’t pay on percentage. Are they W2 with benefits or 1099? If the latter I’m going to hazard a guess that the drivers will leave once the rate drops and they can make more elsewhere as a legit w2 employee.

    No, it means that those marginal operators and those who came into the game to capture the big bucks are not going to be here any more which will help all of us who is left.
