    UPS?
    Old Dominion?
    FedEx?

In your experience, who offers the highest salary as a company driver?

UPS Freight is the highest in actual LTL.

UPS brown (small package, feeders) is the highest in the general sector, but is technically not LTL.

Location matters. It varies by area.

UPS package or feeder driver for sure are the highest paid. Then it’s a toss up between UPS Freight and FedEx Freight. I know top pay depending on area at FXF is 30 and some change an hour and a tad over .70 a mile. Not sure what UPSF is at.
