All the cops have to do is block off the freeway or the parking lot and they’re trapped. If they can get there in time. They were doing that crap here in Detroit quite a bit. They finally cracked down and started identifying the vehicles from social media videos, and confiscating Challengers, Chargers, Mustangs, Camero’s. Prosecuting the owners. Put an end to it.

Maybe you watched a different video than I did but the bus driver made it very clear there were people pointing guns at the passengers. Using deadly force is very justifiable.

Ohio is a stand your ground state with no duty to retreat AND a castle doctrine state that considers your vehicle to be an extension of your house.

Approaching a vehicle in Ohio in a threatening manner alone can get an aggressor shot or killed.

Adding to all this, Ohio puts the burden of proof on the state to prove whether or not self defense was justified instead of placing that burden on it's citizens.

Finally, using a firearm in self defense doesn't necessarily have to end in a death. Shot placement plays a large role here.

I'd rather be a defendant instead of a victim. I live in Ohio and am a CCW holder.
