Small family owned trucking company based out of Minnesota. We have are own brokerage and have freight out and back constantly. We will lease on owner ops or a company driver. Pay is on the hub, for every single mile you put on the odometer you get paid for, yes even if you miss an exit. Company drivers we only pay w2, not 1099. You will average between 3500-4800 miles a week depending on how you drive. We haul meat, ice cream and produce, yes we do ag exempt. No dispatchers here just the owner. Must be willing to stay out for a couple weeks at a time. If you live close to Minnesota you can possibly go home every week.
