Our insurance requires all our drivers have a minimum of 3 years Class A commercial driving experience. You need to have a clean record.

This position is paid by the hour with overtime after 8 hours. You get paid weekly.

I want my drivers to drive slow and safe and have plenty of time to care for their equipment.
No need to stress out or ever be in a rush.
If you’re stuck waiting at the cold storage, no worries put your feet up and relax because you’re getting paid by the hour.

Also, I pay for a hotel room every night you’re on the road. If you really want to, you can sleep in the sleeper but I find drivers perform better when they’re well rested and therefore safer when staying at a hotel each night.

I also pay for one meal per day when overnight on the road.

Drivers get a company credit card and an ATM card for cash so if anything happens on the road you can get it taken care of right away and no waiting for authorization from dispatch or Comchecks. I trust you, just get it done.

I pay for all your supplies: gloves, phone cables, headsets, tools, vests, boots, and anything you need to do the job safer. Anything you need to be safe and effective on the road I will pay for.

Because we are a smaller company you have direct access to me, the owner. If you have any issues, you can call my cell phone 24/7.

We drive 2022 or newer Freightliner Cascadia’s with auto transmission.

This is a good opportunity. Plenty of time off and flexibility in your schedule. In the past 6 years I have not had one driver quit. I will make all my drivers available to you by phone so you can find out for yourself if this is a good fit.

    Firas and Stonehjl Thank this.

    1) Sooo company drivers are driving tractors with sleeper units but you want them to stay in hotels instead? Why not just have them then drive day trucks?
    2) The LA to Seattle run is a week's run there and back, right? Are we running empty on the way back or you getting us a load off of load boards?
    3) This isn't for company drivers who live in their trucks, right? If it is or can be, how might that work?

1). Always be prepared, we have the sleeper just in case. Plus some of the drivers take a long lunch and use it for a midday rest. The other drivers love all the extra storage room plus the microwave and fridge. I don't run the trucking company to make money, I mostly run it cause I can't stand dealing with brokers. I drove for many years, I treat my drivers how I would want to be treated.
    2) Yes LA to Seattle my guys do in one week. It's up to them. Some of them like to leave Sunday evening and some leave Monday. They are almost always back to LA by noon Friday, once in awhile things out of our control put you back Saturday morning, but you're never going to miss something important. Several times per year I send drivers to the nearest airport, I fly them home for the weekend for their event and then fly them back Monday to finish the route. We try to match up a good backhaul, but you are never going to stay and wait for one. You will drive back empty because I need you back Monday to do it again. I don't make money on freight, I make money on getting my product to my customers safely and on time. As an O/O you have option to just do one leg and find your one backhaul, I'm super flexible.
    3) Right now we don't have facilities at the warehouse to support company drivers living in their trucks. All of our drivers live offsite. If you are an O/O we do have secure parking where you can stay overnight between runs.

I served With The Marines and completed three tours in Iraq.

I spent the past few years in Europe. Unfortunately, things didn't work out, so I got a divorce and returned home. Now, I live in Denver.

I have experience driving a flatbed and a reefer. I recently renewed my CDL. I enjoy working and have no personal ties or kids. I love being on the road and do not require home time.

Please consider offering me a job.

I am eager to work for you.

    Please let me know
    many thanks
