Hiring: Regional Class A CDL Driver - Nashville, TN ($0.60/mi + W-2)

Job Summary
Enchanted Hills Logistics (US DOT 4064236) is expanding our regional operations out of the Nashville area. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-minded CDL Class A Company Driver to handle various regional lanes.

Compensation & Pay

• Mileage Rate: $0.60 per mile for ALL address-to-address miles (includes all loaded and deadhead miles).
• Minimum Trip Guarantee: Every dispatch is guaranteed a minimum of $180.00. You never have to worry about a short-haul run cutting into your paycheck.
• Detention Pay: Paid hourly after 2 hours of waiting at a shipper or receiver dock.
• Layover Pay: Flat daily rate protection if stuck overnight or delayed 24 hours due to freight delays or breakdowns.
• Holiday Pay: $200.00 for 7 major holidays (when falling on a scheduled weekday).
• Inspection Bonuses: Cash bonuses for clean DOT roadside inspections.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial tractor-trailer combination on regional routes.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs and professional communication regarding delivery timelines.
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure FMCSA compliance.
• Submit all Bills of Lading (BOLs) within 2 hours of delivery.

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• Clean MVR (max 1 moving violation/minor accident in 3 years; no major violations)
• Must pass a mandatory DOT pre-employment drug screen, background check, and a company road test.
• Must reside within a reasonable commuting radius of our Nashville yard (Zip 37218).
