Red paint should be along the passenger side of the bed. 2 bundles of wood that were square shaped and on one stack it had orange and green spray paint on it.

People saw it happen but never pulled over to help or rather report the incident. I made a police report, but it was with local PD.

If you can't track the truck, track the load.
Find out where that orange and green spray painted wood ended up.

Still say you're best bet is a local newspaper ad - asking for all witnesses to call you.

I wonder sometimes. If a trucker can learn anything about being a PI.

Back in Reading downtown core we had trouble with the gridlock as usually happened on a workday. Flatbed behind mine ( I was one too.) had a car sitting on a stop sign cross street nose under his frame and deck wanting out. We were talking it over on the radio when I moved a little and he moved. His frame rails had angle braces. Which proceeded to start taking the front end off the car. chunk chunk chunk.

I always wondered whatever happened to them. This was way before cameras and internet and cells mind you.

Let your insurance company fight it out for you. They have nasty lawyers who would love to pin a hit and run on someone collect their money. That's what you pay them for, no need to try to fight this on your own.

    x1Heavy Thanks this.

I don't do well with lawyers in general.

If it's a flatbed, I bet you the ranch that he or she will be back at some point to that corner. Hoping that the previous problem was forgotten.

    Lepton1 Thanks this.
