I'm doing a report, if there is any current or past Hogan trucking drivers in this group that can speak privately or even reply here,
What is Hogan trucking's bathroom policy? Example If you were caught on security camera having to use a restroom outside in a emergency situation in an example where there are no bathroom facilities available. Would they fire you or would they write you ? up what would be the punishment for that ?

We shall see .. the driver had been sitting in line for two hours got to a drop lot that had no bathroom facility was the only driver there at the time and had an emergency. The driver even got as close to the truck as he could to prevent anyone from seeing him but a overhead camera caught him, and Hogan fired the driver. They had no disciplinary record at all
There was nothing during the on boarding process upon hiring that even addressed the issue there was no memorandum on any company wall or policy or Notes
Hogan outright, fired him first time offense -
Its usually an automatic fire from any mega carrier if caught because they'll claim its hazmat and if someone makes a huge issue about it a hazmat crew has to come out and clean.
Hazmat clean up ain't cheap and there's a lot of paperwork involved.
I know at roehl, it was a fireable offense. Piss in a bottle, regulate your fluid intake, or use the bathroom before you get to a customer if your pretrip informed you there are no restrooms.
I for one, am tired of lots smelling like urine.Knucklehead and Jdl79 Thank this. -
If it is a hogan drop lot or one of there customers they should be required to at least have a porta potty there. Drivers are treated like 3rd world scrubs and they wonder why no one wants to drive for a living. I don't like lots smelling like urine or crap either but they should have some type of facility at drop lots. Most of these companies that you are dropping at the lot for are billion dollar companies, they can afford to have a porta potty on site. I was at one a couple weeks ago that had a porta potty and a hand portable hand washing station, I was kinda floored by that and felt a little like royalty instead of the 3rd world schmuck I am

You have to be doing the wake and bake thing.Hazmat really what kind of bad trip are you on.I’ve seen hundreds of septic pump trucks in my day and ports potty’s never seen a hazmat sticker on any

Reading comprehension seems to be a skill nowadays.
If you go back and read, you notice I said they'll "CLAIM," technically IT IS a hazmat spill.
But just like truckers rolling 5mph to cheat their logs, sometimes depending on the product, you dont/shouldn't waste time calling hazmat.Last edited: Jun 3, 2026

You’re right I didn’t read all as soon as I got to your claim of urinating and somehow going to a hazmat situation I stopped. I couldn’t with any way want to try and figure out how your mind works
