It's a t800 to be exact. You all talkin bout securment. Look closer. No straps are broke. I'm willing to bet the cab broke loose from frame and was pushed back into load. There was some movement of the logs but not much. It actually looks worse than it is regarding load shifting.

I agree with super. Load didn't shift much at all. The cab and sleeper got pushed into the load. Frame rails kept on going. How that guy lived is beyond me... gives me the chills just looking at that.

Agreed. Cab broke off clean from the frame mounts and is basically sitting on the catwalk.

    x1Heavy and not4hire Thank this.

I also am in the "load didn't move (much)" camp. Looking at the pictures and how much frame rail is past the column (the battery box under the driver’s door is past the column) it is astounding that he lived.

    And that fuel tank too.

I don't know if I wanna live while eyeballing flying fuel tanks in that smash.

Anyone want to take odds on if he did get back out there on the road again?

No scuff marks on the bunk but there may be SKID MARKS on the driver’s seat when he wrecked!!

    x1Heavy and Roberts450 Thank this.

Those cabs aren't really held on as good as you'd think either. Couple bolts up front plus a torque arm and shocks/air bags in the back.

i took another look and i think this is correct, as i can see one frame rail on one side of the wall, and what might be the left rail on the other side, like a near, "down the middle split"

    x1Heavy Thanks this.
